He was predeceased by: his wife Sally C. Jost. He is survived by: his children, Laura Piazza and Glenn Jost (Susan); his grandchildren, Eliot Jost, Ian Jost (Hailey Miller), Vincent Piazza (Stephanie), Daniel Piazza (Jenna), Lindsey Piazza and Sutton Joanna Piazza; his brother Donald Jost (Ivy); and his sister-in-law Sue Mueller (late Robert). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice or a charity of one's choice.
