With sadness, we share the passing of Mary Alyce Wolf (Buffalo, New York). Mary Alyce, born on July 29, 1954, passed away on August 26, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph B. Wolf; her children, Edward Zimmerman (Jennifer), Brian Zimmerman (Gloria) and Melanie Rose (James Chernetsky); her stepsons, Michael Wolf (Kristin), Matthew, Timothy and Jonathan Wolf; her grandchildren, Abigail, Louis, Delaney, Madelyn, Lillian and Rowan; her siblings, George Hackford (Michelle), Michael Hackford and Barbara Fildes; and her sister-in-law Donna Hackford.

Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Christopher's Roman Catholic Church (2660 Niagara Falls Blvd, Tonawanda, NY 14150).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mary's memory to Hospice Foundation of WNY, Inc. or St. Christopher Church.
