She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Douglas Smith; her children, George Sherman (Andrea) and Katie Scaffidi (Philip); her grandchildren, Harrison Sherman and Roselyn Scaffidi; and her sisters, Patricia Malinowski (Keith), Sheila Pesarchick (Jim), Margaret Valaik (Daniel) and Amy Chambers (James). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
