She is survived by: her children, Tanya Armstrong, Ahmed Armstrong (Deirdre) and Janine Wallace (John); her sister Carlene Lockard; her godson Charles Woods Jr.; her grandchildren, Kahlil Armstrong, Qadriyyah Thompson, Shakir Pettis, Jordan Wallace and Joshua Wallace; her great grandchildren, Haniyah Dunlap, Kahlil Armstrong Jr., Ayanna Armstrong, Angelo Pettis, Duriel Price, Taylor Pettis and Cameron Armstrong; and her grandchildren, Tierra "Peaches" Tolbert, Robin Desoto, Erica McDaniel, Sharlisa Moore Rose and Eric Heard.
