She was predeceased by: her husband Daniel W. Gurbacki; her parents, Joseph Kaminski and Constance Kaminski; her siblings, Rose (Howard), Josephine (Michael), Bernice (Eugene), Cecile (William), Theresa (Steven) and John; her daughter Elaine; and her son-in-law Donald Mack.
She is survived by: her children, Joanne Czyz (Bo), Daniel Gurbacki (Pam) and Jean Toth (Tom); her grandsons, Joseph Czyz (Katie), Don Czyz (Jessica), Phillip Gurbacki (Lauren), Nicholas Czyz, Brad Gurbacki (Emily), Jeffrey Gurbacki (Kyli) and Nicholas Toth; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Cannon, Austin, Clara, Brooks Czyz, Eva, Andrew Gurbacki, Brody and Lyla Gurbacki.
Viewing will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the John J. Kaczor Funeral Home, Inc. - Blasdell (3450 South Park Ave, Buffalo, NY 14219). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 8:30 AM to 8:45 AM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 10:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Hillcrest Cemetery (5223 Abbott Rd, Hamburg, NY 14075).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hospice Foundation of WNY or Father Baker Manor.
