She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Jacobi and Suzanne Jacobi (Poorten). She is survived by: her children, Alexander Chambers (Stacey), Matthew Chambers (Noémie Elgrishi), Danielle Tomko (Ryan) and Garrett Chambers (Ashley); her grandchildren, Jacoby, Gabriel, Juliet, Amelia, Eliza, Viola, Sabrina and Arthur; and her siblings, Suzanne Franjoine (Anthony), Raymond (Mary) and Deborah Jacobi. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Maureen's name may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
