He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene; his brother Louis Pasquarella; and his parents, Michael Victor Pasquarella and Catherine. He is survived by: his son Michael Joseph Pasquarella; his daughter-in-law Deborah Sheftic Pasquarella; his grandchildren, Michael Jacob, Molly Rose and Mara Ann; his siblings, Lucile Polizzi, Sam Pasquarella and Marie Marie; his sister-in-law Joanne Sorci; his friend Carmelo Parisi; his girlfriend Angie Licata; and his niece Lisa Pasquarella. He is also survived by godchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that gifts may be made to Hospice & Palliative Care of Buffalo, Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
