He was predeceased by: his parents, George Fuda and Elsie Fuda; and his sister Joyce Crookes. He is survived by: his wife Siri; his sister Nancy Chervinsky (Nicholas); his daughters, Meredith Lacey (Jonathan), Melanie Henderson (Joseph Ghosen) and Michelle Fuda; and his grandchildren, Sophia Henderson, Gabrielle Costello, Ian Henderson, Valentina Costello and Riley Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to The American Physical Society or the SPCA, a cause that was important to Michael.
