With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Michael W. Sloan of Buffalo, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 1, 2025 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis B. Sloan and Alice M. Sloan; and his sibling Thomas F. Sloan. He is survived by: his siblings, Timothy and Ann McGrath (Dennis); his siblings' children, Erin Young (Joshua) and Molly McGrath; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Kaiden, Declan and Colson Young.

In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials in Michael's name to The American Heart Association.
