He was predeceased by: his child Delma Santiago; and his parents, Pablo Santiago and Hilaria Ruiz. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Santiago; his son Miguel E. Santiago, Jr.; his grandchildren, Cecelia and Payton; and his sister Eugenia Santiago. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
