Odis McKnight Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Odis McKnight (Buffalo, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 13, 2026 at the age of 64. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Odis may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Odis touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Janine Rossney-McKnight; his children, George Rossney (Catherine Seeger) and Olivia Rossney-McKnight; his siblings, Sandra Smith, Almeria "Marie" McKnight and Denise Turner; and his parents, Odis McKnight Sr. and Carraner McKnight. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
