She was predeceased by: her husband Ernest A. Adiutori; and her brother Ronald Ranus. She is survived by: her children, Anthony J. Adiutori (Cheryl), Alicia Vonderhorst (Brian) and Candace Adiutori Troy (Brendan); her grandchildren, Lucille, Dylan, Amelia, Jackson, Aidan, Samuel, Keira, Emily and Bridget; and her brother Robert (Carol). She is also survived by nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.

Memorial may be made in Patricia's name to the American Heart Association.
