He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Kristen Fredrich (Kerry) and Stephen Kelly (Julia); his parents, Dale Kelly and Marian Kelly (Heigl); his siblings, Donald Kelly, Marlene Kelly and Lisa Lillis (Brian); his wife Janice Kowalski-Kelly; his granddaughter Clara Fredrich; and his nieces and nephews, Lisa, Jakob, Eric, Ryan, Kamryn and Brooklyn.
