Though Philip has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cyril Garvey and Ida Garvey. He is survived by: his wife Lenore; his children, Susan Meagher (Robert), Patrick Garvey (Pamela), Timothy Garvey (Kelly) and Mary Beth Okonczak (Timothy); and his brothers, Paul Garvey (Jane) and C. Peter Garvey. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, 6 siblings; also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
