Phyllis leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Phyllis’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Phyllis will carry forward her memory in their hearts.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Donna Mentecky, David Drews (Deborah), Theodore J. Drews (Amber), Dianne Lewis and Dorall Sheffield (Robert); her brothers, James Crumlish (Donna) and John Crumlish; and her sister-in-law Roberta Crumlish. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
