He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith D'Amico and Anthony D'Amico; and his sister Sharon Rybak (late David). He is survived by: his wife Diane D'Amico; his nephews, Jeffery Rybak and Scott Rybak; and his siblings-in-law, Gail Schroeder and Edward Schroeder. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
