He was predeceased by : his former life partner Joyce Novelette Bailey. He is survived by : his wife Sharell Bailey; and his children, Jacqueline Spencer (Barrington), Sharel Lee (Dexter), Winston Bennett (Pauline), Patrick Grant (Renee) and Vauhn-Dane Murray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great, great grandchildren.

A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 1st 2024 at 10:00 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ #2 (1980 Bailey Ave, Buffalo, NY 14211).
