He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth E. Siudak; and his parents, Peter Siudak and Rose Siudak. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward, Leonard, Eleanore Walczyk (Stephen), Jeanette Marek (Stanley) and Dorothy Koslicki (Daniel). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
