He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Zupa and Marianna Zupa; his siblings, Anne A. Zupa, Michael Zupa (Margaret), Angelo Zupa (Mary), Anthony Zupa, James Zupa (Ruth), Carl Zupa, Augustine D. Zupa (Mireille) and Rev. Msgr; and his niece Mary Zupa.

He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, John Zupa (Ellen), Anthony Zupa (Karen), Sharlon Kinnear (John), Susan Norsen (Michael), Larry Costa (Pam), Peter Costa (Anne), Emil Costa, Vincenza Costa and Maria Yee (Matthew); and his friend Algonquin National Park.
