Rita Thomas Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Thomas of Buffalo, New York, who passed away on March 27, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rita Thomas to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Mia Larin Christie; her parents, Felice DiPalma and Louisa DiPalma; and her siblings, Mary, Anita, Josephine, Ann, Sally, Andrew and Ralph DiPalma.
She is survived by: her husband Richard A. Thomas Sr.; her children, Richard A. Thomas, Jr. (Katherine O'Donnell) and Rebecca A. Christie (Jon); her grandchildren, Jillian M. Vilardo (Alexander) and Spencer W. Thomas; and her great grandchildren, Alesandra and Serafina Vilardo. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
