He was predeceased by: his wife Diane; his parents, Kenneth Bower and Jeanette Bower; and his brother David Kalbeck. He is survived by: his siblings, Gerald Kalbeck (Susan), Patricia Blonski (Chester), Nancy Bower and Karen Mosz (Michael); and his daughters, Janet Isaacs (Chester), Rebecca Socha (Steven), Lori Newell (Peter) and Ann Marie Horton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbors.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sieck, Mast & Leslie Funeral Home (250 Orchard Park Rd, Buffalo, NY 14224). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Toys for Tots.
