He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Golombek and Charlotte Golombek; and his brother Leonard Golombek (Dorothy). He is survived by: his niece Paula.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 6th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). The lying in state was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the St. Gregory the Great Church (200 St Gregory Ct, Buffalo, NY 14221). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
