He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob and Norma; and his brother Tommy. He is survived by: his daughter Barbara Waite (Patrick Snow); and his niece Breann VanFleet of California.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 4:00 PM at 3347 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14217.
