He is survived by: his children, Ismael Ocasio, Ashley Conner (Darrius) and Andrew Irizarry; his grandchildren, Shawn, Mariah, Samuel, Dante, Maria, Caden, Dakota, Aubrea, Ava, Adonis, Ariella, Aviana and Chase; his great grandchild CJ; his mother Maria Irizarry; and his siblings, Carmen Irizarry (late Juan) and Elisa Irizarry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
