He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Poole and Willa Poole. He is survived by: his wife Annette Perez; his children, Ronald Lawrence, Michael Joseph, Robert Charles and Demetrius Perez; his grandchildren, Grayson Alexander Perez, Zeno Benicio Perez and Natalie Gail Marzullo; and his siblings, Estralita Perez, Manuel Perez, Paul Poole and Robin Young. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ronald's name to Hospice Foundation.
