Rose Marie Duke Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rose Marie Duke (Buffalo, New York), who passed away on April 5, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Rose may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Rose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her husband Paul J. Duke; and her siblings, Vincenza Michalewski (Stanley) and Lawrence Vilardo (Dolores). She is survived by: her sons, John L., Joseph A. (Jami) and Paul J. Duke II (Lori); her grandson Paul J. Duke III; and her brothers, Alexander (late Maryann) and Joseph (Elizabeth). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and Cousins.

In lieu of flowers donations in Rose Marie's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
