She was predeceased by: her husband Louis J. Boczar. She is survived by: her children, Thomas Boczar (late Sandra L.), Sandy A. Boczar, Diane Sears (Michael), Thaddeus Boczar, John Boczar (Brenda) and Annie Oxley Pitt (Shawn); her grandchildren, Eric Boczar, Sarah Sears, Matthew Boczar (Shannon), Jonathan Sears (Briana), Jesse Oxley (Natalie Brown), Brandon Boczar (Alyssa), Jeremy Boczar (Danielle) and Gabriela Ruppert; and her great grandchildren, Eric Boczar Jr., Gray Boczar, Logan Boczar, Gaige Oxley, Lucas Boczar, Sebastian Sears, Cain Oxley, Miles Boczar and Liam Boczar. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ruth's name to the Wounded Warrior Project or the Sloan Active Hose Company.
