She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Hooper; her son Michael Hooper; and her brother Edmund Panek. She is survived by: her children, David (Dee) and Jacqueline Butler (Mark); her grandchildren, Megan Banke (Jared), Morgan Nix (Tyler), Michael Butler and Madeline Butler; her great grandchildren, Baker, Kenadee and Tatum Nix; and her sisters, Barbara Gutowski (Don), Mary Ann Lannan (Mike) and Kathleen Ewers (Jeff). She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to honor Sally to the Alzheimer's Association (Alz.org) in memory of her mother and brother.
