The memory of Salvatore Sergi III of Buffalo, New York, who passed away on May 23, 2024 at the age of 63, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. In the vast expanse of eternity, Salvatore shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Salvatore farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Salvatore Sergi, and Nella Sergi, Jr.. He is survived by : his spouse Lynn Sergi; his sons, Salvatore Sergi IV, Michael A. Sergi and John Lombardo; and his siblings, Josephine Savaglia (Iano), Dominic Sergi and Rosanna Kutas (Edward). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, June 5th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, June 6th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Basilica (767 Ridge Rd, Lackawanna, NY 14218).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sam's honor may be made to the American Heart Association.
