She was predeceased by: her parents, George Ferrick and Betty Ferrick. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard J. Herdlein III; her children, Shannon Faber (Andrew) and Rick Herdlein; her grandchildren, Jack, Luke, Molly, Will, Madison and Jackson; and her siblings, George Ferrick, Kathleen Rosenblatt (Steven) and Janice Thomson (Robert). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
