Shirley leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Shirley’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Shirley will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew "Andy" Mack; her son Robert A. Mack; and her siblings, Irving Hogg (Dorothy) and Bernice Hogg. She is survived by: her sons, James A. Mack (Mary) and Stephen A. Mack (Karen); her daughter-in-law JoAnne Mack; and her grandchildren, Erin LeRoy (Ben) and Katie Fleming (Tim). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the C. Mertz and Son Funeral Home, Inc. (911 Englewood Ave, Buffalo, NY 14223). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Amelia Church (2999 Eggert Rd, Tonawanda, NY 14150).
