Sotirios T. Gogos Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sotirios T. Gogos of Buffalo, New York, born in Greece, New York, who passed away on November 23, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Sotirios had on those he encountered along his journey. Though Sotirios may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Gogos and Agoritsa Gogos; and his children, Rachel (Dino Kartofilis), Telly Gogos and Alexa Kartofilis. He was also cherished by his parents and his eleven brothers and sisters.
Donations may be made in Sam's memory to the Hellenic Orthodox Church of the Annunciation.
