He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen E. Faltisko and Rose Faltisko; and his siblings, Herbert Faltisko, Andrew "Honey" Faltisko, Edward Faltisko, William "Van" Kosicky, Josephine Stephens, Theresa Malek, Mary Brodfuehr and Rita Faltisko.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Faltisko; his children, Marlene Moran (Christopher), Michele Faltisko, Mary Lynn Faltisko and Stephen J. Faltisko, Jr.; his grandchildren, Dylan, Angelina, Evan and Donovan Faltisko; his great-niece Tammy Foltarz; his godson William Kubik; and also, Mitchell, Rachel and Olivia. He is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Stephens's name to Food for the Poor or Buffalo City Mission.
