She was predeceased by: her husband John Kwiatek; her parents, Kazimierz "Casimir" Kowalczyk and Anna Kowalczyk; Angeline Lorek (late Edward), Stanley (late Dorothy), Casey (late Mary Ann), Leonard (late Virginia) and Benny Kowalczyk.
She is survived by: her children, John, Paul Kwiatek and Anne Marie Kwiatek; her child-in-law Robin Kwiatek (Arthur Card); her grandsons, Alexander (Kelly) and Gregory Kwiatek (Allecia); and her great grandchildren, Mavis and Jordyn. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Southtowns Chapel) (3060 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church (3148 Abbott Rd, Orchard Park, NY 14127).
