He was predeceased by: his grandson Gregory; and his parents, Edward Menard and Ellen Menard. He is survived by: his wife Ana A. Menard; his children, Peter Menard (Kimberly), Miguel Menard (Colleen), Frank Menard (Serendy) and Elizabeth Villagomez (Brendan); and his grandchildren, Matthew, Angelica, Tyler, Isabel, Cristian, Juliette, Josiah, Madelyn, Sophia and Nicholas. He is also survived by 8 siblings; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the St. Teresa Church (1974 Seneca St #1, Buffalo, NY 14210).
