Thomas Leo Fitzsimmons Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Leo Fitzsimmons in Buffalo, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 11, 2026 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas L. Fitzsimmons Sr. and Beatrice Carolan; and his sister Jane A. Maida Cane. He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Edward Maida Jr. (Janet), Joanne Giamberdino (John), Anthony Maida and Janet Maida; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Stephen Giamberdino, John Mark Giamberdino (Jennifer), Paul Maida, Faith Bastian (Joshua) and Natalie Maida (Jeremy Wassel); Elizabeth Giamberdino, Vera Bastian and Mabel Bastian. He is also survived by many cousins, second cousins and friends.
