He was predeceased by: his brother Joseph Doroghty. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Foley; his children, Jacqueline Kolerski and Thomas J. Foley, II; his grandchildren, Bridgete, Tommy, Callie and Cameron; and his sister Rosemary Parker (Patrick). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
