He is survived by: his children, Jody Lynn Shaughnessy (John) and Thomas J. Neill, Jr.; his siblings, Maureen Johnson (David) and Daniel Neill; and his nieces, Susan Farley (Thomas) and Melissa Pagano (Charles). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
