He was predeceased by: his wife Marie Carbone; his grandchild Joey Carbone; and his parents, Joseph Carbone and Josephine Carbone. He is survived by: his children, Joann Powers (Raymond), Joseph Carbone (Lisa), Louis Carbone (Tracy Billings) and Lisa Carbone; his grandchildren, Nick Powers (Liz), Chris Powers, Jon Powers (Aaliyah), Anthony Carbone (Kalie), Joshua Carbone (Amanda), Sara Joyce (Nick), Louis Carbone (Stacey), Dylan Carbone, Brittany Carbone and Tiffany Canna; and his sister Joanne Scolese (late Tony). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
