She was predeceased by: her husband John A. Salay; and her siblings, Patricia, Audrey, James and Barbara.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen John Salay (Rose), Terri Lyn Serviss (Thomas), Gregory Jay Salay (Debra) and Ann Marie Clark (Daniel); and her siblings, Maureen Harris, Nanette Filippi (late Thomas) and Dennis Harris (late Angie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Virginia may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
