Flattery Jr. (late Jean), William Flattery (late Joan), Janet Bullock (late John), Gary Bastian and Bernie Flattery (Sandra).
He is survived by: his children, Patrice Ferraro (John) and Walter J. Flattery, Jr. (Debbie Winkowski); his grandchildren, Jessica Rose Ferraro, Madelynn Flattery, Luke John Flattery and Adam Musior; his great grandchild Clara Joy Chapman; and his sisters, Joan Connors (late Jack) and Joyce Bastian (late Chuck). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
