He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Raczka and Mary Ellen Raczka; and his siblings, Michael, Kathie Wurster (late Martin) and Deborah.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda E. Raczka; his children, Jason Raczka (Tracy) and Janine Kloetzer (Matthew); his grandchildren, Anthony, Aaron, Elliot, Zoe, Wesley and Sawyer; his sisters, Dawn Coniglio (late Felix) and Barbara McKinstry; and his family Lego.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations are preferred to SPCA of Erie County.
