He is survived by: his wife Mandi; his children, David, Margaux, Suzanna, Luna and Abram (Billy); his father John Ratliff; his brother Johnny (Ericka); his parents-in-law, David Callis and Wendy Blankley; and his uncles, Tias and Tios. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
