He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judith Campbell; his daughters, Letitia Allred, Lori Taber (Phil) and Diane Gibson; and his sister Sharon Plamondon. He was also cherished by six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Bill's memory to a local animal shelter.
