He is survived by: his wife Theresa Otwell; his children, Kevin Otwell (Lynne) and Michelle Kowalski (James); his grandchildren, Samantha Kowalski, Kyle Kowalski and Olivia Otwell; and his sisters, Eileen Shimskey, Kathleen Franks (Michael) and Faith Marie Otwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
