He was predeceased by: his parents, George Witmer and Arlone Witmer; and his brother Walter Witmer (Sandra). He is survived by: his children, Susan M. Volk and William G. Witmer, Jr.; and his siblings, James Witmer and Arline Salzman (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in William's honor to Tonawanda Senior Citizens Center, 35 Main St., Tonawanda.
