He was predeceased by: his parents, Keith C. Voorheis and Mary B. Voorheis (White); his wife Nancy L. (Bush); his son Keith L. Voorheis; his brothers, Doug and Paul Voorheis; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Voorheis and Arvine Pike.
He is survived by: his daughter Gen Switzer (James) of Candor; his daughter-in-law Kelly Voorheis-Brimhall of Burdett; his brothers, Charles and John Voorheis (Tracy) of Burdett; his sister-in-law Doris Pike of Burdett; his grandchildren, Christopher Switzer, Cindy Briggs (Josh), Courtney Switzer, Clifford Switzer (Danielle), Taylor Voorheis, Keith Ryan Voorheis and Jessica Bryans (Cody); and his great grandchildren, Loren, Layla, Liam, Lydia Switzer, Gracie Lee, Brantley, Wayne, Payton, Delgado, Freya Baker, Fiona, Keith Colton, Cooper Voorheis and Thomas Bryans. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
