She is survived by: her husband Alton; her sons, Shannon Cook of Burke and Shawn Cook of Burke; her grandchildren, Leah, Brandie, Austin, Jaden, Michael and Justine; her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Sawyer, Eliza, Joshua, Aubrianna, Aliyah, Aubree, Gracie and Raelynn; and her siblings, Ken Tacy (Janet) of Burke, Phil Tacy (Linda) of Burke, Elaine Labare (Terry) of Chateaugay, Steve Tacy of Chateaugay and John Tacy of Malone. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
