He is survived by: his wife Lynnette Henderson; his daughter Monique Milkovich (Stephen) of Orlando, FL; his stepchildren, Vicki Smith of Malone, Kerry Smith (Kathy) of Burke, Nadine Leary (Brian) of Chateaugay and Jeff Smith (Michelle) of Ithaca; his grandchildren, Stephanie Marshall (Jared), Erica Briere (Jesse Lidstone), Emily Toolen (James), Cameron, Grace Smith, Keegan (Kiersten Dumas), Riley and Ian Leary; and his great grandchildren, Kasen, Kade, Rhett and Caiden.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to the Burke Volunteer Fire Department.
