“Sam and i were friends at st als in 1964 65. I returned to Ireland in 1967. We were supposed to meet up 12 years ago on my visit to my sister in great neck, unfortunately it didnt happen. Please accept my deepest sympathy to Polly and to the family on this sad loss. Sam was a great, although distant friend, and has always been and will be in my thoughts. God bless, Sam, may God speed you on your way to to the kingdom of heaven.”
